Clear your space, clear your mind


My patients know that when they come to me to look and feel younger and more alive, I don't just look at their weight or blood work or wrinkles — it's a big picture involving every aspect of their being. I ask questions most doctors don't even think about.

Case in point: does your home or office have clutter? I find that a chaotic environment can affect people on a cellular level. Removing objects we no longer need gets rid of stagnant energy and allows for clearer thinking and less anxiety and stress. Less cortisol. Better sleep. Better skin. And so on.
