No bake energy cookies


1 cup of oats

2 tbsp of cacao

2-3 dates (if you don’t have dates don’t worry add 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey if you do honey)

2-3 tbsp of nut butter ( I like peanut butter bc yum. If it doesnt work for you try sunbutter, almond butter etc)

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt (I like pink himalayan…adds minerals)


STEP 1 Put in the food processor and that’s it.
